Account & Registration

To register at m19, you'll need: a Bangladeshi mobile number, an active email address, and your correct date of birth (you must be 18 or older). A National ID (NID) will be required later for KYC verification. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes. To learn more, registration page See.

No. m19's policy allows only one account per person. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email, or device will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended, and balances may be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is our identity verification process. Before your first withdrawal, you'll need to submit a photo of your NID or passport along with a selfie. This keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

You can update your email, mobile number, and password anytime from Account Settings after logging in. To change your name or date of birth, please contact our support team with KYC proof — these details cannot be edited directly for security reasons.

Enter your friend's code in the "Referral Code" field on the registration form. Once registration is complete and your first deposit is made, both of you will receive a bonus. Referral codes cannot be added after registration, so make sure to enter it at the time of signing up.

Yes, you can be logged in on up to two devices at the same time. If you log in on a third device, the oldest active session will be signed out automatically. Avoid using the "Remember Me" option on public or shared devices.

Change your password immediately and log out of all devices. Then notify us at support@m19.bio. We'll review your account activity and take the necessary action.
Payments & Transactions

Log in → click "Deposit" → select "bKash" → enter the amount → send money to m19's bKash number → enter the transaction ID → click Submit. Your balance is usually updated within 5 minutes. For more details, on the Payments page you'll find it.

Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used.

No, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must meet the specified wagering requirements to release the bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 10x wagering means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets. Once the requirements are met, the bonus will convert to your real balance.

Every bonus has an expiry period (typically 7–30 days). If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus balance will be cancelled automatically. Make sure you're aware of the expiry date after claiming any bonus.

m19 app directly App page Download it from there. Both Android APK and iOS versions are available. It may not be listed on Google Play or the App Store, so downloading directly from m19.bio is the safest option.
